Hoq and his crew were very professional and accommodating. We had both of our bathrooms remodeled, floors sanded and refinished, and the entire apartment painted. They did a beautiful job and we are very pleased. We will hire them again if we need additional projects done.

Recommended. Very solid with their work and word. Had done my flooring also kitchen cabinets and paint as well. Totally satisfied with their reasonable price. Definitely will hire again in future.

They recently completed extensive work in my house, which included installing a large walk-in closet, extended bathroom into a full size bathroom with modern fixtures. He also did the power washing and painting of the outside. He showed good professionalism and dedication and gave a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him for any home improvement or renovation project.

Proper Contracting did a great job replacing our sidewalk and repairing our exterior stair. Mr. Hoq is an excellent project manager. He understood exactly what we needed, kept us completely informed at all phases of the project, filed the necessary paperwork with the city, and supervised a highly competent crew who did beautiful work and left a clean worksite at the end of the day. Given the quality of work provided, we are very happy with the fair and reasonable price Mr. Hoq quoted. The whole experience was worry free with a better than expected result. We will be going directly to Mr. Hoq and Proper Contracting for our future home improvement projects.
